Brittney leads Thunder Egg with a rare blend of design vision, business acumen, and deep empathy. With over two decades of experience, she brings spaces to life in ways that align program, brand, and culture—creating environments that invite connection and spark possibility. Her portfolio spans headquarters, wellness centers, hospitality, learning environments, and multifamily housing, all approached with curiosity and care.

A recognized leader in the design community, Brittney has served as IIDA NE President, Chair of the Center for Workplace Innovation’s Think Tank, and currently sits on the National Council for RIT’s College of Art and Design. She is also the author of Inside the Design Industry, a best selling guide for emerging designers navigating the real world of architecture and interiors.
